POSH Act: Constitute Internal Complaints Committee and register on SHe-Box – DNH & DD Labour Department circular
Circular No. 103 dated 20-05-2026: every establishment with 10 or more employees in DNH & DD must constitute an Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) under the POSH Act, 2013, register on SHe-Box and submit a compliance report within 30 days.
